Our Story

John R. Warner is a Certified Public Accountant with decades of experience in tax and accounting. He began his career with Aurther Young & Company, a former "Big 8" accounting firm in Los Angeles, before serving as Controller for Alex G. Spanos Companies and the San Diego Chargers. In 1991, John opened his own tax practice and has worked with individuals, businesses, trusts, and other entities, providing experienced and personalized tax preparation, planning, and accounting guidance.

Over the years, the practice grew into John R. Warner CPA, Inc., where John works alongside his wife Brooke Warner, EA. Together, they have built the firm around responsive, personal service and long-term client relationships.

Braxton Davis provides bookkeeping and accounting support for individuals and small businesses at John R. Warner CPA. She works closely with clients to keep their financial records organized, accurate, and up to date while making the bookkeeping prcess clear and manageable.

Her work includes monthly bookkeeping, account reconcilations, QuickBooks Online setup and support, bookkeeping cleanup, payroll coordination, sales tax reporting support, and year-end bookkeeping preparation. She also assists with tax preparation and administrative support, helping create a smooth connection between clients' day-to-day finacancial records and their tax needs. 

As John and Brooke's daughter, Braxtion represents the next generation of the family practice. She is committed to carrying forward the firm's emphasis on responive, personal services while buidling lasting relationships with clients she serves.
